• Does NOT retain any device-specific identifiers
• Does NOT maintain a database of user information

2.2 Location Information

• Location data is used exclusively for real-time road obstruction information
• Location access is temporary and used only during active App usage
• Location information is processed in real-time and immediately discarded
• No historical location data is stored or saved

3. Location Usage Purpose

The App uses device location solely to:

• Provide precise, up-to-date road condition information
• Deliver real-time navigation assistance
• Offer immediate route impediment alerts

4. Location Permission

• Users can revoke location permissions at any time
• Location access can be managed in device settings
• App functionality may be limited if location permissions are denied

5. Data Security

• All location processing occurs locally on the user’s device
• No location data is transmitted to external servers
• Temporary location data is immediately deleted after use

6. User Consent

By using the App, you consent to:

• Temporary location data processing
• Real-time road impediment information delivery
• Immediate deletion of location information

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified of significant changes.
